sch.1-sec.29 Class of person
A person who is— undertaking training to become a member of a class of persons mentioned in parts 1 to 3 , 5 , 7 , 8 or part 11 , division 1 (the trainee’s class ); and employed in the same way, or practising the same profession, as described in the trainee’s class.
- (a) undertaking training to become a member of a class of persons mentioned in parts 1 to 3 , 5 , 7 , 8 or part 11 , division 1 (the trainee’s class ); and
- (b) employed in the same way, or practising the same profession, as described in the trainee’s class.
