sch.1-sec.25 Class of person

A person who— has— a statement of attainment stating the person has successfully completed the core pesticide competencies; or a statement of attainment stating the person has successfully completed the applying pesticides competency; or successfully completed training, approved by the chief executive, that is substantially equivalent to the competencies mentioned in subparagraph (i) or (ii) ; and is employed to treat timber infrastructure for pests.

(a) has— (i) a statement of attainment stating the person has successfully completed the core pesticide competencies; or (ii) a statement of attainment stating the person has successfully completed the applying pesticides competency; or (iii) successfully completed training, approved by the chief executive, that is substantially equivalent to the competencies mentioned in subparagraph (i) or (ii) ; and
(i) a statement of attainment stating the person has successfully completed the core pesticide competencies; or
(ii) a statement of attainment stating the person has successfully completed the applying pesticides competency; or
(iii) successfully completed training, approved by the chief executive, that is substantially equivalent to the competencies mentioned in subparagraph (i) or (ii) ; and
(b) is employed to treat timber infrastructure for pests.
(i) a statement of attainment stating the person has successfully completed the core pesticide competencies; or
