sch.1-sec.23 Class of person
A person who— has a diploma or equivalent in relation to pest management or agricultural studies; and is teaching a course about pest management at a secondary school or tertiary institution.
- (a) has a diploma or equivalent in relation to pest management or agricultural studies; and
- (b) is teaching a course about pest management at a secondary school or tertiary institution.
