6 Implementation of project
The responsible entity may do all things that may be necessary or expedient for the purposes of implementing the Meander Dam project pursuant to and in accordance with –
(a) the dam permit; and
(b) the environment protection notice; and
(c) the quarry permit; and
(d) the licence referred to in section 7 ; and
(e) any prescribed instrument.
