10 Act prevails over other laws, &c.
(1) For the avoidance of doubt, this Act has effect notwithstanding –
(a) any other law of the State; or
(b) the RMPAT decision.
(2) If a provision of this Act conflicts with a provision of another law of the State, the provision of this Act prevails.
