21 Equivalence in training
(1) This section applies to a person who completes training that AMSA considers equal to all or part of the training being taken into account for eligibility of a person to hold a seafarer certificate or for a seafarer certificate to be endorsed.
(2) The training completed is taken to be training required for the seafarer certificate to the extent that AMSA considers appropriate.
