#### 82 Personal liability 82 Personal liability > A matter or thing done or omitted to be done by the relevant Ministers, the Authority, a member of the Authority, an authorised officer or a person acting under the direction of the relevant Ministers or the Authority does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted to be done in good faith for the purpose of executing this or any other Act, subject the relevant Ministers, a member, an authorised officer or a person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
