#### 76 Delegations 76 Delegations > > (1) The relevant Ministers may delegate to the Authority or any person a function conferred by or under this Act on the relevant Ministers (other than the power of delegation conferred by this subsection). > > > (2) Despite subsection (1), the Authority or other person may sub-delegate to any person any such function that has been delegated to the Authority or person, but only if the terms of the delegation authorise the Authority or person to sub-delegate that function.
