#### 53 Operations under management plans 53 Operations under management plans > > (1) Any functions of the relevant Ministers or any authorised officers in relation to a marine park or an aquatic reserve are required to be exercised in accordance with the management plan for the marine park or aquatic reserve. > > > (2) However, the exercise of those functions is not invalid because of a contravention of any such plan.
