#### 32 Consent of owners 32 Consent of owners > If an owner of land whose consent is required under section 23 or 26 to the making of a proclamation declaring an area to be a marine park or adding an area to a marine park cannot, after diligent inquiry, be found or identified, the proclamation may be made without the consent of that owner.
