#### 21 Threat and risk assessment report 21 Threat and risk assessment report > > (1) The Authority must prepare a report summarising each threat and risk assessment. > > > (2) The threat and risk assessment report is to be provided to the relevant Ministers. > > > (3) However, before the threat and risk assessment report is provided to the relevant Ministers, the Authority must consult on a draft of the report by giving such public notice that a draft report has been prepared and undertaking such public exhibition of the draft report as is required by the regulations.
