6 Damages or accounts of profits

For paragraph 48(6)(b) of the Act, the following provisions of a law of a State or Territory apply in relation to the following major sporting events: (1) AFC Asian Cup 2015 (a) Major Events Act 2009 (NSW), section 63; (b) Major Sporting Events Act 2009 (Vic), sections 48 and 49. (2) Cricket World Cup 2015 (a) Major Events (Aerial Advertising) Act 2009 (WA), section 14; (b) Major Events Act 2009 (NSW), section 63; (c) Major Sporting Events Act 2009 (Vic), sections 48 and 49. (3) Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games (a) Commonwealth Games Arrangements Act 2011 (Qld).
