sec.7 Application of Act provisions to Pacific Airshow Gold Coast— Act , s 12
For section 12 (2) (d) (i) of the Act , the following provisions of the Act are prescribed as provisions that apply to the Pacific Airshow Gold Coast for the major event period— section 31 , other than subsection (1) (a) ; section 36 .
