sec.16 Limit on powers of particular authorised persons— Act , s 57
For section 57 (2) of the Act , this section limits the powers of particular authorised persons for the Pacific Airshow Gold Coast. An authorised person may exercise a power under section 18 (5) or 25 of the Act only if the person is— a police officer; or a crowd controller; or a security officer. Also, an authorised person may exercise a power under any of the following sections of the Act only if the person is a police officer— section 30 (4) ; section 32 (5) ; section 33 (4) ; section 54 (2) ; section 63 ; section 65 (2) . (sec.16-ssec.1) For section 57 (2) of the Act , this section limits the powers of particular authorised persons for the Pacific Airshow Gold Coast. (sec.16-ssec.2) An authorised person may exercise a power under section 18 (5) or 25 of the Act only if the person is— a police officer; or a crowd controller; or a security officer. (sec.16-ssec.3) Also, an authorised person may exercise a power under any of the following sections of the Act only if the person is a police officer— section 30 (4) ; section 32 (5) ; section 33 (4) ; section 54 (2) ; section 63 ; section 65 (2) .
