sec.12 Carrying out temporary works for Pacific Airshow Gold Coast— Act , s 16
This section applies in relation to the following major event areas for the Pacific Airshow Gold Coast— the area shown as the Appel Park major event area on the map in schedule 2 , part 1 ; the area shown as the Surfers Paradise major event area on the map in schedule 2 , part 7 . For section 16 (2) of the Act , the following periods are prescribed— from 5 August 2024 at 6a.m. to 16 August 2024 at 6a.m.; from 18 August 2024 at 5.30p.m. to 23 August 2024 at 5.30p.m. (sec.12-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to the following major event areas for the Pacific Airshow Gold Coast— the area shown as the Appel Park major event area on the map in schedule 2 , part 1 ; the area shown as the Surfers Paradise major event area on the map in schedule 2 , part 7 . (sec.12-ssec.2) For section 16 (2) of the Act , the following periods are prescribed— from 5 August 2024 at 6a.m. to 16 August 2024 at 6a.m.; from 18 August 2024 at 5.30p.m. to 23 August 2024 at 5.30p.m.
- (a) the area shown as the Appel Park major event area on the map in schedule 2 , part 1 ;
- (b) the area shown as the Surfers Paradise major event area on the map in schedule 2 , part 7 .
- (a) from 5 August 2024 at 6a.m. to 16 August 2024 at 6a.m.;
- (b) from 18 August 2024 at 5.30p.m. to 23 August 2024 at 5.30p.m.
