sec.11 Application of Act provisions to controlled area— Act , s 12
For section 12 (3) (c) of the Act , sections 30 to 35 of the Act are prescribed as provisions that apply to the controlled area prescribed under section 9 for the following periods— 16 August 2024 from 6a.m. to 5.30p.m.; 17 August 2024 from 6a.m. to 5.30p.m.; 18 August 2024 from 6a.m. to 5.30p.m.
- (a) 16 August 2024 from 6a.m. to 5.30p.m.;
- (b) 17 August 2024 from 6a.m. to 5.30p.m.;
- (c) 18 August 2024 from 6a.m. to 5.30p.m.
