4 Establishment of civil division
(1) There is established a division of the Magistrates Court to be known as the Magistrates Court (Civil Division).
(2) [Section 4 Subsection (2) amended by No. 53 of 2003, s. 5, Applied:25 Sep 2003] The jurisdiction conferred on the Magistrates Court by Part 3 is to be exercised solely within the civil division of that court.
