### 38A Reduction or waiver of fee, &c.

>
> > > (a) waive the fee; or
> >
> > > (b) reduce the fee; or
> >
> > > (c) refund the whole or any part of the fee already paid; or
> >
> > > (d) allow time to pay the whole or any part of the fee.
