### 33 Costs
> > (1) The costs of and incidental to all proceedings are in the discretion of the Court and the Court may determine by whom and to what extent the costs are to be paid.

> > (2) In the due exercise of the discretion conferred by [subsection (1)](#GS33@Gs1@EN) , in any proceedings before the Court, the Court may order a practitioner to pay the costs of the proceedings or a portion of the costs.
