### 31 Questions reserved for opinion of Supreme Court
> > (1) The Court may, if it thinks fit, reserve any question in the form of a special case for the opinion of the Supreme Court.
>
> > (2) A judgment or order is not to be given or made in respect of any matter on which a question referred to in [subsection (1)](#GS31@Gs1@EN) has been reserved until the Supreme Court gives its opinion on the question.
>
> > (3) The Supreme Court may, in respect of any question referred to in [subsection (1)](#GS31@Gs1@EN) , make such order as it thinks proper as to the costs of and occasioned by the hearing of the matter.
