### 30 Transfer of proceedings into Supreme Court
> > (1) A party to a proceeding may apply to the Supreme Court or a judge for the proceeding to be transferred to the Supreme Court.
>
> > (2) An application may be made under [subsection (1)](#GS30@Gs1@EN) even if the proceeding is wholly or partly beyond the jurisdiction of the Court.
>
> > (3) On an application under [subsection (1)](#GS30@Gs1@EN) , the Supreme Court or a judge may, if in all the circumstances of the case the Supreme Court or the judge considers it fit or desirable to do so, order that the proceedings be transferred to the Supreme Court.
