29 Order of review not to be made
In respect of a proceeding before the Court or a magistrate or in respect of an order made by the Court or a magistrate –
(a) [Section 29 Amended by No. 54 of 2000, Sched. 4, Applied:01 Dec 2001] an order of review is not to be made under the Judicial Review Act 2000 ; or
(b) a declaratory judgment is not to be given.
