15 Bailiffs
(1) The Secretary of the Department may appoint persons employed in the Department to be bailiffs for the purposes of this Act.
(2) [Section 15 Subsection (2) substituted by No. 76 of 2003, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jan 2004] A police officer is a bailiff for the purpose of this Act.
