[Section 13B Inserted by No. 31 of 2011, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Mar 2013] The Administrator may apply to the Supreme Court under the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2011 for a vexatious proceedings order in relation to a person who institutes any action or proceeding under this Act.
