### 10 Law and equity to be administered concurrently > > (1)  The Court may hear and determine in the one action or matter legal and equitable rights, whether a decision upon both classes of rights or upon one class of rights only is sought in the action or matter in the same manner as the Supreme Court or a judge of the Supreme Court. > > > (2)  Where there is any conflict or variance between the rules of equity and the rules of law in respect of any action or matter before the Court, the rules of equity prevail.
