### 11 When enactment taken to make contrary provision to this Act > > (1)  The provisions of this Act have effect subject to any contrary provision being made in a relevant enactment. > > > (2)  This section applies to a provision of a relevant enactment whether enacted before or after the commencement of this section. > > > (3)  In this section – > > > > > ***relevant enactment*** means an enactment under which the Court has jurisdiction to review a reviewable decision, or that otherwise deals with the jurisdiction of the Court.
