85 Proceeding if either party not present at adjourned hearing (1) This section applies if either or both of the parties do not appear personally or by lawyers or anyone else appearing for them at the time and place to which the hearing or further hearing is adjourned. (a) go ahead with the hearing or further hearing as if the party or parties were present; or (b) if the informant does not appear—dismiss the information, with or without costs as the court considers just.
