80 Forfeited recognisances—how enforced
If the conditions, or any of them, in a recognisance entered by a
witness or a person sought to be made a witness are not complied
with, any magistrate may certify on the back of the recognisance in
what respect the conditions have not been observed, and give it to the
proper officer, to be proceeded on in a similar way as other
recognisances, and that certificate is taken to be deemed sufficient
prima facie evidence of the recognisance having been forfeited.
