77 Recognisances
If the court is authorised to discharge the witness, or person sought to
be made a witness, on recognisance, it may order his or her discharge
on his or her entering into a recognisance, with or without a surety or
sureties at its discretion, conditioned for his or her appearance at the
time and place to which the hearing is adjourned, or that is named in
the recognisance.
