74 Remand of defendant before decision
The court may, at any time before the court gives its decision in a
case, order that the defendant be remanded in custody.
Note 1 If the court remands the defendant in custody, it must issue a warrant for
the defendant’s remand in the director-general’s custody (see Crimes
(Sentence Administration) Act 2005, s 17).
