5 Arrangement of court business
(1) The Chief Magistrate is responsible for ensuring the orderly and
prompt discharge of the Magistrates Court’s business.
(2) The Chief Magistrate may, subject to consultation with the
magistrates that is appropriate and practicable, make arrangements
about a magistrate who is to constitute the court in particular matters
or classes of matters.
