477 Committal proceedings—person charged before
commencement day
(a) a person was charged with an indictable offence (an accused
person) before the commencement day; and
(b) a committal hearing is to be held in relation to the charge.
(2) Section 90 and section 90AA (1), as in force immediately before the
commencement day, continue to apply in relation to the accused
(3) Sections 90AAA to 90AAD do not apply in relation to the accused
