319 Witnesses’ rights and liabilities
On service on any person of an order made under section 318, the
person must attend at the time and place appointed by the order, and
has all the rights and liabilities that the person would have if the
person was duly required by subpoena to appear to give evidence or
to produce documents on the hearing.
