29 Court may adjourn hearing if amendment made
If in any case where an amendment in an information or summons
has been made under section 28 the court considers that the defendant
has been misled by the form in which the information or summons
has been made out, it may adjourn the hearing of the case for the
period it considers appropriate and may make any order about the
costs of the adjournment it considers appropriate.
