27 Description of people and property and of offences
(1) Such description of people or things as would be sufficient in an
indictment is sufficient in informations.
(2) The description of any offence in the words of the Act, ordinance,
law, order, by-law, regulation, or other instrument creating the
offence, or in similar words, is sufficient in law.
