266 Complaints under Utilities Act, pt 12 The Magistrates Court does not have jurisdiction in relation to a matter to the extent to which it is the subject of— (a) a complaint under the Utilities Act 2000, part 12 (Complaints to ACAT about utilities); or (b) a direction or declaration of the ACAT under that part.
