226 Power of court to admit to bail
(1) If any person imprisoned or detained under a summary conviction or
order is brought up by a habeas corpus order, and the Supreme Court
postpones the final decision of the case, the Supreme Court may admit
the person to bail in accordance with the Bail Act 1992.
(2) If the judgment of the Supreme Court is against any person so brought
up, the Supreme Court may remand the person to his or her former
