224 In cases of certiorari order
The like proceedings as mentioned in section 222 and section 223
must be had, and the like amendments may and must be allowed to
be made, in relation to every order brought before the Supreme Court
by certiorari order, and after amendment in any such case the order
may be enforced in the proper way, and must in all respects and for
all purposes be regarded and dealt with as if it had been drawn up
originally as amended.
