219E Report by Magistrate
On a review appeal, the Supreme Court may, if it considers
appropriate, make an order requiring the magistrate by whom the
Magistrates Court was constituted to give to the Supreme Court a
report setting out the reasons for the decision of the Magistrates Court
and any facts or matters that in the view of the magistrate were
relevant to the decision of the Magistrates Court.
