219 No right of appeal under div 3.10.2 if review appeal (1) A person is not entitled to appeal to the Supreme Court under this division against a decision of the Magistrates Court if the person has instituted an appeal against the decision under division 3.10.3 (Review appeals in criminal matters). Reference appeals in criminal matters Division 3.10.2A (2) If a person institutes an appeal under division 3.10.3 in relation to a decision of the Magistrates Court, any appeal against the decision that has been instituted under this division is taken to be withdrawn.
