210 Substituted service of notice of appeal
(1) If it appears to the Supreme Court, on an application made for an
order under this section, that personal service of a notice of appeal
under section 209 on a person on whom it is required to be served
cannot be effected, the Supreme Court may make the order for
substituted or other service the Supreme Court considers just.
(2) The Supreme Court may, on an application made for an order under
this subsection, dispense with service of a notice of appeal if the court
considers it necessary or expedient to do so.
(3) An order under subsection (2) may be made subject to the conditions
(if any) the Supreme Court considers appropriate.
