207 Jurisdiction of Supreme Court
(1) The appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court in relation to
decisions of the Magistrates Court under this Act (other than
chapter 4 (Civil proceedings)) extends to the hearing and deciding of
the following appeals and to no others:
(a) appeals to which division 3.10.2 (Appeals in criminal matters)
applies;
(b) reference appeals under division 3.10.2A (Reference appeals in
criminal matters);
(c) review appeals under division 3.10.3 (Review appeals in
criminal matters).
(2) This part does not limit the operation of any other Act that makes
provisions in relation to the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme
Court.
