195 Convictions etc to be given to Supreme Court registrar
(1) This section applies if a person is convicted of an indictable offence
by the court or an information in relation to an indictable offence is
dismissed by the court.
(2) The court must immediately give the registrar of the Supreme Court
a copy of the conviction and recognisances or a copy of the certificate
of dismissal (if any).
(3) The court must keep a conviction and dismissal book and record each
conviction or dismissal in it.
