193 Forfeited goods may be sold
Except where otherwise provided, all forfeitures, not financial, that
are incurred in relation to an offence triable by the court or that may
be enforced by the court, may be sold or disposed of or dealt with in
the way that the court directs, and the proceeds of the sale must be
applied in a similar way as if the proceeds were a fine imposed under
the Act, ordinance or law on which the proceeding for forfeiture is
founded.
