166B Declarations relating to reciprocating courts
(1) If a State has laws providing for the enforcement in the State of a
territory fine against a body corporate, the Attorney-General may
declare a court of summary jurisdiction in the State to be a
reciprocating court.
(2) A declaration is a notifiable instrument.
