144 Copies of informations and other documents
(1) On application, the registrar must give an applicant a copy of—
(a) an information; or
(b) a minute or memorandum of a conviction or order; or
(c) a formal conviction or order; or
(d) a committal order.
Division 3.9.3 Reciprocal enforcement of fines against bodies corporate
(2) The registrar may refuse an application under subsection (1) if—
(a) the applicant is not a party to the relevant proceeding; and
(b) the registrar or a magistrate is not satisfied that the applicant has
a good reason for being given that copy.
