135 Delegation of administering authority’s functions
(1) The administering authority for an infringement notice offence may
delegate the administering authority’s functions under this part to an
authorised person or a person prescribed by regulation.
(2) A person prescribed by regulation for subsection (1) may delegate the
functions delegated to the person under that subsection to anyone
else.
