129 Reminder notices
An authorised person may serve a notice (a reminder notice) on a
person if—
(a) an infringement notice has been served on the person for an
infringement notice offence; and
(b) the infringement notice has not been withdrawn; and
(c) the infringement notice penalty has not been paid to the
administering authority within the time for payment under this
part; and
(d) written notice disputing liability has not been given to the
administering authority in accordance with this part; and
(e) the person has not applied to the administering authority for
waiver of the infringement notice penalty; and
(f) a reminder notice has not previously been served on the person
for the offence.
