120 Service of infringement notices (1) If an authorised person believes, on reasonable grounds, that a person has committed an infringement notice offence, the authorised person may serve a notice (an infringement notice) on the person for the (2) A regulation may make provision in relation to when an authorised person is, or is not, taken to have reasonable grounds for a belief mentioned in subsection (1).
