115 Conduct of summary proceeding
(1) The defendant or a lawyer representing the defendant may address the
court after all the evidence for the informant and the evidence (if any)
for the defendant and for the informant in reply has been given.
(2) The informant or a lawyer representing the informant may make a
closing address.
